For me, theres no doubting the worst moment... was doing a challenge in the hong kong league, so holidayed thru the first season, then took over at HKFC. i didnt know at the time, but the have a hige advantage over most clubs in that country, cos you can sign players with english nationality, and theyre not considered foreigners. anyways, its a pretty terrible league, theres some grandads still playing in it, and the standard is pretty poor. consequently, and full-time teams tend to dominate. the first season was all about survival, and thanks to a stunning early season run of form we managed it. the league is really small, so its a pretty quick season really. theres a mini leaguie in the league cup, then the fa cup, then a "senior shield" too. the first few seasons were just building and building, and, after 5 fruitless years, we won our first league chapmionship in my 6th season in charge. after that, there was no holding us back. it wasnt a question of whether we won the league or not, it was a question of how far we won it by. we went one season without concedin a goal, thats how bad the majority of the teams are. the ACL was a different story though, thats a tough competition to win. the only year we did win it, and got though to the club world champs, we lost in the finals... a a few years after that, i got a news message saying my chairman was lookin to step aside. all of a sudden, my job was on the line. i couldnt believe it. after all the success i brought the club, i glot bloody sacked.. and for some tit that prolly couldnt find his arse from his elbow... needless to say, after that, the game got uninstalled and put away in the drawer for some time afterwards. i STILL dread seeing my chairman is lookin to step aside, as with that amount of success, and still getting the boot.. nothign is certain....
