Sorry about that, that last post was me, I was a bit confused as to how I could make a post without being logged in, and decided to try it out. But as I wasn't logged in I couldn't delete the post afterwards!!!
Anyway this isn't a forum suggestion, I just wanted to know what happened to the old forum? What went wrong with it? Whenever I opened a thread everything went black and I had to highlight posts to read them, but even then some peoples posts didn't appear, including any of yours chinwag, so I tried to PM you, but it wouldn't recognise you as a member.
Did it muck up for anyone else?
Oh and thanks for deleting the post for me!

Well I was trying to give the forum a more modern look but because we had a background image everything disappeared behind it and I couldn't revive it  |

i think he means the blue font which tells you the which thread you are viewing and stuff. Like the font on the actual background.

Unfortunately we cannot change that, well we can but that would mean changing all the forum link colours to the same, any ideas on what would work?

To be honest I think you'd possibly just need a less busy background. You're going to struggle with whatever colour you go for methinks.
Unless there's a way of either giving the text a background colour too.

should change the background to something better maybe someone get on the old photoshop and give it, but they would require the size of the image needed, and maybe a better banner than fits the whole width on the page

Put a temporary background on just now that should look better, feel free guys to make one in photoshop or even find one on web and ill put it up.  |

I can't lie, I'm happy with this relatively simplistic look rather than somebody knocking themselves out to make something which might be pretty but is ultimately a strain on the eyes. This works for me.
If we're after cosmetic changes I'd let people have a go at bettering the banner at the top.
