Width 1024 Heigh is normally 768 although our forum is quite large so could me quite a bit longer! Thanks Potter, you wanting involved in the staff side of things in the forum, moderator / researcher or editor?

i will have ago at making a new banner and layout, any tips for the layout on how to get the sections in ?

Not got a clue mate, I wouldnt worry about a new layout as you can do that within the site although last time we tried it crashed the other site and we couldnt get it back! Why dont we just have a look at a new background? I thinnk Ian is right though simplistic works best, maybe need to addopt a Chin Wag update colours theme though  Ian re banners, we are planning that again although waiting for the numbers to get up a bit, then competitions will begin. |

Who changed the layout today? No sign of Chin logging on. Was it you Chief? Tbh, I don't like it as much, I prefered it with the football icon showing you whether there are unread posts instead of the new 4 dots. Also it was better with black text. It is easier to navigate at the top with words instead of icons, but again I think the icons were better.

Ok, well now the red/white football icons are back and the text is black again Did something just sorta go wrong with the site, or have they been changed back? The picture icons at the top still haven't re-appeared, but like I said before, it does make it easier to navigate even if it doesn't look as good. Something else I have just noticed, there is no way to view your inbox anymore. The bit at the top saying how many messages you have, and whether you have any new ones has now gone. |
